Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Roselands Naturals, each item is handmade or carefully grown with love and attention to detail. Because of the natural variations in our products, small differences in colour, texture, or size are to be expected — these are part of their unique charm. We want you to be completely happy with your order, so if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll do our best to make it right.

2. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

Due to the personal and perishable nature of many of our items (such as handmade soaps, lip balms, and living plants), we can only accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during delivery.

  • The incorrect item was sent in error.

  • A product is defective or faulty upon arrival.

If any of these apply, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue promptly.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened skincare and soap products.

  • Custom, made-to-order, or pre-order items.

  • Plants that have been removed from their original pot or packaging.

4. Process for Returns

Once your return is approved:

  1. We’ll provide you with a return address and instructions.

  2. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

  3. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll notify you of your refund or replacement status.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

6. Exchanges

Where possible, we’re happy to offer an exchange for a similar item if stock is available. If not, a refund or store credit may be issued.

7. Plants

All living plants are sold in healthy condition when they leave Roselands Naturals. As they are living products, we cannot guarantee their lifespan after delivery — plant health depends on factors such as light, water, and care after arrival. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos so we can assist.
