As our products differ greatly in shape and weight — from small soaps and balms to larger potted plants — shipping is quoted separately after checkout.
Once we receive your order, we’ll carefully package your items, calculate the courier cost, and contact you with a final delivery quote for approval before dispatch.

This ensures you only pay the true delivery cost — fair, transparent, and based on your specific order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–5 working days after payment and shipping confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Pre-order items will include an estimated dispatch date, which will be clearly communicated when you place your order.

Courier Times

Delivery times depend on your location and courier service.
Most orders arrive within 2–7 working days once shipped. Rural areas may take slightly longer.
