All our products are lovingly handmade or handgrown, and as a result, natural variations in colour, scent, or shape may occur. We believe these differences add to the authenticity and charm of each item. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only — while we do our best to ensure accuracy, small variations may occur.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that all information on our website is accurate; however, in the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct pricing or availability details before fulfilling your order.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways such as PayFast, Peach Payments, or Yoco. Roselands Naturals does not store or have access to your card details. Should an item be unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange an alternative product or a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is quoted separately after checkout, as our products vary in size and weight. We will contact you with a delivery quote once your order is packaged and ready to ship. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days once shipping has been confirmed. Roselands Naturals cannot be held responsible for courier delays, loss, or damage during transit, but we will assist in resolving any courier-related issues wherever possible. 6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our handmade and plant-based products, we can only accept returns on items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so that we can assist. Returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and reported within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. 7. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made or grown to order and will include an estimated dispatch date on the product page. We will keep you updated via email as your item is prepared and ready for shipping.
